I Don’t Want To Work For a Boss But What Happen If I Have to?

Are you proud to be a young entrepreneur? Yes I am. This is a question that I always ask myself. Being a young blogger or more accurate as a young entrepreneur is my dream since kid. I never thought that I achieve my dream at age 21(better late than never).

Have you think to work for a boss?

Since kid, I have a lot of dreams such as launch my own label, own a car company, become a CEO of my company, become a professional footballer, buy my dream sport car, buy my dream house, travel around the world and much much more. I never though that I’ll become a blogger. I never thought I’ll become a young entrepreneur making money online. This is the path that I chose.

But this is not my main priority. My main priority is to finish my study and become an engineer. I want an “IR” title. And of course I have to work for a boss. Starting from below, learn as an engineer before I can become a “Senior Engineer”. How about my dream to have my own company? Hey, don’t you notice fazreen dot com is my own company, my own label not just an ordinary blog. I treat my blog as a business. But I’ll run my blog business as a part time job when I start working as an engineer. I want to gain as much experience as an engineer first because I have a dream to open my own engineering firm too. Without any experience, I’ll fail to open up engineering firm. This is the reason why I need to work for a boss. In the mean time, run business blogging. I can fire my boss when my internet business is stable and launch my own engineering firm using capital that I got from internet business, who knows. No need to make loan from a bank. This is what I’m planning right now.

So how about you? Do you want to work for a boss forever or become your own boss? If you only do business blogging, I think you can be your own boss without working for a boss. Unless, you are like me who need some experiences. I need an experience because engineering field is a professional field. It’s different compare to blogging. Even 7 years old kid can do blogging. The conclusion is I involve in two field. One in engineering field and one in blogging field. In engineering field, I need to work for a boss while I already became my own boss in blogging field. Cool huh!

Ok enough said about my dream..

When I was a kid, my parents always told me, go to school, score a great level then only I can become a successful boy. Further study at university, getting high profile job, buy a house and a car with big salary, marrying my sweetheart and having kids. This is old ways that thought by my parents and I still believe most of the parents also taught the same thing for their kids. This process repeat again and again.

As I become older, I know a good education doesn’t guarantee you anything. I have friends who have good education, sponsorship but at the end..nothing just losers like Liane said. That’s not mean I not believe in education. I still believe in it but with the desire to success.

Nowadays, kids don’t have to wait till they grow up. They have more chances to communicate, to express their feeling, to show off their talent through the online medium. Combining their passions and hobbies with technology, they can achieve the freedom of life like Mark Zuckerberg(founder of Facebook) did!

But wait…

It is really sounds cool when we talk about young entrepreneurs online but, do you know the problems faced by young entrepreneurs online? Nasty people always take advantage over young entrepreneurs. This is what Simon from Teenius blog felt.
