Kontera ads performance reveal

I have no sweet memory with Kontera but that’s not make me to take out kontera ads from my blog as well as from other blogs. To tell you the truth, this type of ads always work the best at niche blog especially tech blog and health blog. Kontera is slightly the same as adsense, chitika, infolink and other CPC ads.

Moreover to receive good amount from Kontera, your blog readers must come from search engine, not your regular blog readers. Blog readers visit your blog because they want to read your content. They don’t bother any ads display on your blog. Hence they won’t click any ads at your blog unless the ads is powerful enough to attract their attention.

Compare to unique visitors (organic traffic), their tendency to click ads at blog is high because they are looking for informations. Besides, 90% visitors from search engine can’t recognized or don’t know about ads. For them all links are the same.

Back to this blog which is most of visitors is regular readers (lately I have seen new readers), the kontera ads or any CPC ads won’t work 100%. Things get even worse when I don’t focus on specific keywords. This is skill to play well with CPC ads especially in-text links ads. You need to know what keywords that advertisers always pay for.

Well, I don’t need to focus on specific keywords here as this is my melancholic blog.

My two cents

I have seen many local bloggers have noticed this tiny blog. Thanks for visiting and reading. To be honest, I started blogging and making friend internationally. One of my mission for this year is to reveal this blog to Malaysian peoples. Local readers or global readers? I choose global readers but local readers gave me sentimental values.
