Technorati Has New Look With Poor Service

Either you are realizing or not Technorati has changed its design. I noticed the new design when I opened up Technorati last night. The design is simple and clean but it still maintain the green color.

I’m not a Technorati fan actually. Before this I had faced some problem using Technorati. I claimed my blog (www.fazreen.com) at Technorati and guess what happen after that?

My blog didn’t appear in front of Technorati homepage and it keep asking me to claim my blog. When I click on user control panel at Technorati my blog showed up there. So I guess it might be glitch.

I browse around the forum and FAQ section to see what is the problem. I read the question posting by other users and a lot of them facing same problem with me.

The another problem is Technorati is quite inefficient in updating the authority count. A lot of uses complain about this at Technorati forum and posting a question asking Technorati to update their authority.

What make it disappointed me is Technorati members never replied to any question there. Even they do not reply me any single message when I sent them an email. I had sent them email so many time and yet they never replied me.

Before they make change old design my blog authority is about 20++ but when I looked again last night it show ZERO authority. what the fuck! and this morning I check again, it does increase to 1 authority.

I don’t care much but as a well known websites, Technorati has to improve their service. It has to be alert about the problem faced by users. I hope with this new design technorati will improve its service but still I found out it lack of features.
