TM Please Read – Streamyx Sucks

note: TM stand for Telekom Malaysia

I feel frustrated and angry for the last 4 days..But now I feel easy and happy..Cheers!

The story started when..

I went back from factory, I switched on the modem, laptop and so on. Waiting for the laptop screen to flash out the desktop. Then clicked on digsby icon, typed in the user and password..Fuck! It couldn’t connect to the internet.

I checked on the modem..everything seems ok, the DSL light stable but no signal on the internet indicator. I told myself, it might be a temporary problem.

I closed browser and browsed my hard disk searching for a movie while waiting for the internet connection to be fixed. Then finished watching the movie, I fall asleep.

On the next morning, as usual I went to the factory for my intern…skip…

When I went back, I feel disappointed again because the internet line still got a problem that’s mean I can’t online! I grabbed my phone, push 100 and dialed ISP support..

Bla..bla..bla..bla..blaaa..blaaa..(the system speaking).. I was redirected to their staff and talked to her about the problem I experienced. After I was done reporting, she made a report to give to their technician.

On the next day, the technician called and told my mom he was on his way coming to my house ( I wasn’t at home on that time because I went to factory).

He arrived at my home with his 3 friends, brought along his laptop to check the internet connection.

Guess what???

He just told my mom that the line was ok and he told also that I can fix it myself. Then he stepped out from my house and went back. My mom called me and told everything (my mom don’t know anything about internet)…I was so angry listening to my mom talking about the technician because he didn’t do anything. He just came and checked the line..What the heck he become a technician if he only do the stuff that my grandmom can do too! I’m also already know the line was ok but I couldn’t access to the internet. That’s why I asked them to send the technician.

Then my mom call another technician..But this time, I have to pay him for his service..See, I waste my money because of the early damn stupid technician! But it worth. he reset everything my account, my password and my modem..So the indicator light goes well.. Thanks to him(the good technician) He told me(via phone) my password had a problem so it blocked me from accessing the internet..

Then he connected the modem to my laptop..He faced another problem. He couldn’t access the internet using my laptop. He told me my windows blocked it..Fuck! I know there was something wrong..So I asked him either the modem is ok or not..He answered everything was ok and he can’t access the internet using my modem connected to his laptop..but there was a problem with my laptop..So I just said to him, it’s ok  I will fixed it by myself. (the conversation via phone as I still at the factory)

As I finished working at the factory, I rushed back to home..skip…

Threw everything my stuff..switched on my laptop and browsed the internet..VOILA!!! I can access the internet..For sure, the technician didn’t know how to use my laptop…the only me can handle my ‘girlfriend’..

The story end….

Some words to my Internet Service Provider (ISP)

  1. Please train your staff and your technician well..What the fuck you sent me a damn stupid technician! I’m much much better than your staffs and your technicians. I’m not stupid in computer matters..Don’t talked like I don’t know nothing about computer..The only problem is your service not my computer..
  2. You suppose thank to god because I’m using service because there is no other ISP service in my area currently.
  3. You suppose not to claim you’re the no 1 ISP in Malaysia as your service is suck all the times!
  4. I’m using your service just only two months but there are tons of reports that I have made!
  5. Luckily I don’t terminate my P1 Wimax subscription yet..It is providing a better service than yours..I never make a complain to P1 Wimax since I use it last year…I have made a request to P1 to install coverage in my area. I’m only can use P1 when I go back to my university..When I’m at my hometown, I’ve to use your service that I really really hate!
  6. Last but not least…FUCK YOU STREAMYX!

YES IT’S STREAMYX! THE WORST YET STUPID ISP IN MALAYSIA..I write based on my experience using it…take it or leave it….

wow, you seems really frustated with their service — especially the bad technician. I think i should send them my resume so they have great technician. :lol:

I don’t mind to pay fee but what I expect is they give damn good service to their customer. So it’s worth to pay them..

Do not know much about TM. but i know that situation really sucks when it over come to Crappy and low ISP’s.

I hardly believe that my line that should be good become like this sucks.. I wonder what streamyx is doing now.. I pay for Rm 1xx but the line seem to be lower than 256kb lmao! Sabah Line currently god damn sux.. GO DIE IF WANT MAKE SUX LINE.!
